Tucker

Tucker was brought to Battersea as a stray so we have limited information on this handsome boy. Like most Bull Terrier types Tucker is not coping well in the kennel environment, he loves being around people and gets stressed when left on his own.

Ideally Tucker is looking for owners who have owned Staffordshire Bull Terriers before or similar Bull breeds, he is boisterous and will need confident owners who understand what this breed is all about. Tucker is very fun and loving, with guidance he will make a super addition.

Like most Bull Terriers Tucker is very intelligent, active and willing to please, he will need most training from scratch and owners to provide enough mental and physical stimulation to keep him happy. We assume Tucker is housetrained but it is unknown how he travels in a car.

At present Tucker is not led by his brain when it comes to other dogs, he will need castration as soon as possible and owners to work on a recall and focus work as he is distracted easily by other dogs. He cannot live with another dog at this stage due to this and will need time dedicated just to him initially.

Whilst in kennels Tucker has been anxious when left on his own, this could continue in his new home so he will need owners who are around the majority of the time. Tucker is social with people and could live with teenagers who can help with training, he would also been fine with visiting children.
