Harley was brought to Battersea by her owners as they felt they could not devote enough time to her. She is energetic, playful and like most Staffie types she adores people and attention.

Harley is looking for experienced dog owners who are prepared for a boisterous young rescue dog, she will need time initially dedicated to her training so patience and understanding needed. In her previous home Harley did not cope well being left on her own, this could be boredom or anxiety related so she cannot be left for long periods in the future.

Harley is a clever girl and already knows some basic commands, she previously travelled well in a car and was mainly housetrained. Harley loves most things but especially food and toys, she has the potential to become possessive over her belongings and will need owners to be confident handling her.

Unfortunately Harley cannot live with young children, confident teenagers would be considered who won't be intimidated by her boisterous behaviour. Harley loves other dogs and could possibly live with another mature older male, any dog must not be possessive over their toys as this may be a point of conflict in the future.

Harley is a bubbly and affectionate young dog with so much potential, she will be an active and fun companion once settled. If you feel you can offer this lovely girl the home she needs please contact the rehoming team at Old Windsor on 01784 494443 or come to one of our sites for a registration interview.
