Scrumpy

Scrumpy is a smashing young lad with a goofy and playful nature, he was found wandering the streets so we have no history on him. We believe that Scrumpy has some Border Collie in him so he has a lot of energy and will need new owners that will be able to provide him with the fun and constructive training to keep his body and mind active and happy.

Scrumpy likes to play with toys and loves food, these will be good tools to use for training. He would make an ideal dog for owners interested in doggy sports like flyball or agility. Unfortunately we do not know if he is housetrained or how he may travel in a car. Being a youngster Scrumpy cannot be left for long periods, he is liable to get bored if alone for too long.

Scrumpy is very boisterous when he plays with dogs so he will need to live in a semi rural location so his new owners can take him to new parks and gradually socialise him with different dogs, at this stage he cannot live with another dog as needs time devoted to his training. Scrumpy is social with people but can also be a bit of a hooligan so can only live with teenagers which are used to dogs and will help with his training.
