Roxy

Roxy is a beautiful and strong girl looking for experienced owners ideally used to Mastiffs or large dogs but this is not essential if you are an experienced dog owner with a large home and garden to accommodate this bubbly babe. Once settled she will make a loyal and loving addition but she is large and a bit slobbery at times so owners should be prepared for this! Roxy is boisterous and bouncy but also well mannered and laid back, her new owners will need to be firm but fair or she will take the mickey. Despite her expression Roxy is intelligent and highly trainable, she already knows some basic commands and was previously housetrained. Roxy does need some further training but this should be an easy task if you involved food rewards, she will do anything for a tasty treat. Being a people loving dog Roxy likes to be involved in everything you do, she would not appreciate being left for long in the future in her new home. Roxy loves going out in the car, she travels well and enjoys going to new places and exploring. Unknown if compatible with cats, will need to be tested. Roxy is very social with other dogs but cannot live with another dog as can be jealous over her possessions and people. Being a strong and large Roxy cannot live with young children, fine to live with teenagers who can cope with her strength. As Roxy is social and loving she would be fine with visiting children. Ideally needs to live in a semi-rural or rural location she will need open grassy areas locally for runs and games. Roxy is a super dog and she will make you laugh, we cannot understand why she hasn't found a home already.
