Nellie is such a loving and affectionate girl. She has a gentle nature.
She is looking for a nice calm home so she can rest and settle in, she can live with a calm dog that will not be put off by her large but docile size. She could live with very calm and respectful children of 12 years old if they are used to dogs and will understand that she will not play and want to run around.
Nellie needs to have a large home with a garden in a semi rural location out of London as she does have a sensitive side.
Nellie does have some medical issues which you will need to discuss with a vet.
She does have a heart murmur but at this stage it is not affecting her but in the future she may need medication.
She has had several ear infections since she has been here. The infection in the the left ear has always been worse and as the anatomy of the ear was slightly abnormal, she has had surgery to help this. She could possibly require on-off treatment for her ear infection for the rest of her life, and treatment will not be covered by insurance.
She is such a nice dog and has so much love to offer.
