Mole was brought to Battersea as a stray so we have limited information about him. He is an independent yet friendly boy that responds well to a firm yet fair approach.

Like the majority of terriers Mole is active and can be distracted by scents outside, owners will need to concentrate on recall training to prevent him running off in the park.

Mole is trainable and already knows some basic commands, we assume that he is housetrained. Once settled he could be left for short periods, Mole settles well after a good run and if he has a chew or toy to play with.

Ideally Mole is looking for experienced dog owners, knowledge or experience of terriers would be an advantage to understand his needs and breed traits.

During his stay at Battersea mole has been tested with cats and did pass our test, he could possibly live with a confident cat(s) that is used to dogs. Unfortunately Mole cannot live with another dog, he would not like to share his toys or food with another canine!

Mole is a great little terrier with so much potential if you feel he could be the dog for you please contact the rehoming team at Old Windsor on 01784 494443, apply online or email us on [email protected]
