MAD MAX

Max is a fun, lively and spirited young chap. He is playful, active, cheeky, mischevious and above all - a dog that can make you laugh. Max does have his calm moments also, they just don't last all that long!

Max has a very high food drive, and as a result can get protective over his higher value treats and chews. Before Max will be allowed any of these concessions a firm bond will have to be built, so that Max knows exactacly where he stands. Max does much better with a confident, firm but fair handler, who can take the lead role and show him where his boundaries are.

Max has very very good dog skills and could easily live with another dog. Max is not suitable for children due to his food/status related issues.

New owners MUST have experience with the breed type or similar, and have hands on experience with strong male characters. He does enjoy a cuddle and a big fuss, so new owners must balance the strict rules with the need for a companionable cuddle.

Max won't be an easy ride, he will take a special type of owner, but the result will be a fun and dedicated companion.
