Lucky

This is the third time poor Lucky has ended up at Battersea looking for a new home, he was originally handed in to Battersea in March 06 as his owners lived in a small property and they felt he needed more time and space than what they could offer him. Lucky was then rehomed but returned after 9 months as he was being left for too long on his own and Lucky couldn't cope with this.

Lucky is highly stressed in kennels and due to his history of anxiety problems when being left on his own he will need owners who are around the majority of the time. Ideally Lucky needs owners who have owned dogs before, knowledge of training or dealing with separation anxiety would be an advantage. Unfortunately Lucky has had little or no training, he is trainable but easily distracted so patience is needed when training.

Sensitive boy who will bond quickly to make a loyal and loving addition. Lucky is social with other dogs and would benefit from living with a confident dog that has no anxiety or behaviour problems, a good role model is needed. Lucky is a strong and active young dog, he needs a fun and outdoor loving family who can provide the stimulation he needs. Lucky can live with sturdy and confident children aged 10 years and upward.
