He is a great dog with a friendly and kind nature. He is hard of hearing and will need owners who will be able to do sigh language for dogs.
Oliver will need calm and patient owners who can be dedicated to his training.
He will need to live in a semi rural location with fewer distractions and he will not be able to live with another dog.
He can live with older teenagers who can help with his training.
Oliver will need a large home with a garden.
