Clyde was brought in to Battersea as his owner was pregnant and could not cope with a dog as well. Clyde is a bit of a brat at times and likes to get his own way, he is looking for experienced dog owners who will be confident in training and handling Clyde.

If given enough mental and physical stimulation Clyde is fairly laid back and will make an active and loving addition. In his previous home he was anxious when left on his own and was vocal & destructive on occasions. Due to his anxious side he cannot be left on his own initially and may take time to settle in his new home.

Clyde was previously housetrained and although he is not sick in a car, he is not settled and may need some work to make him more comfortable with car travel. Clyde does know a few commands and is trainable but a bit stubborn, with consistency and firm approach further training should not be a problem.

Clyde is social with other dogs and could possibly live with another female dog but will need to have no behaviour problems to benefit both dogs. Clyde loves people and could live with children 10 years upwards that can help with day to day care and follow training programmes.

If you feel Clyde is the dog for you please contact the rehoming team at Old Windsor on 01784 494443 or come in for a registration interview.
