Buster is a 6-12 month old Jack Russell Terrier that came to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in February 2006.

Buster is a very active, clever dog, so he will learn things fast. He has learnt some attention seeking tactics and will steal items that belong to his owners and not give them back! New owners must be willing to put in time and energy with his training and not confront him over things, yet provide outlets for physical and mental stimulation and calm, chill out sessions too. Buster has real spirit and would suit owners that can match his energy and enthusiasm for life!

Buster is looking for:

• Owners who have had experience of Terrier breeds and previous experience of attention seeking behaviours would be an advantage


• Owners with an active lifestyle who have time to initially invest in giving the guidance Buster needs


• A low dog populated environment that is out of central London


• Buster cannot live with another dog but he would benefit from having a group of doggie friends to socialise with


• An adult household with no children although older teens would be considered, especially if they are willing to help with training


• Buster will need to be tested with cats
