Bold Lucky

Lucky was brought in to Battersea as his owners worked full-time, being a puppy Lucky was not happy being alone. Sadly Lucky has been looking for a new home since August 06, we cannot understand why, as he is a fun, energetic and lively Terrier with lots to offer.

Lucky is looking for experienced dog owners, knowledge of rescue dogs or Terriers would be an advantage. Will need further basic training, including housetraining, although this should not take long as he is very intelligent and is quick to pick new things up.

Lucky is social with other dogs but can be a bit cocky around weaker dogs, he will need to be kept socialised with other dogs and could potentialy live with another female dog. Unfortunately Lucky is not compatible to live with cats or children, older teenagers would be considered.

Lucky was anxious when left on his own previously and due to his age he cannot be left for long periods. Ideally new owners should be willing to crate train Lucky so he feels more secure when on his own, he also needs an area where he can go when visitors come as he can be worried by new people initially.

Lucky is a real bundle of fun but also strong willed at times, he is not suitable for the less active home wanting a lapdog companion. Lucky needs active and outdoor loving owners who can provide enough stimulation to keep him happy. Once settled and bonded Lucky will make a loving and energetic addition.
