Puzzle came to Battersea as a stray, she was very confused and frightened on arrival, she has taken time to settle in the cattery environment and show her true nature. Puzzle is looking for experienced cat owners who have ideally owned nervous or semi-feral cats before so will understand her needs.
Once settled and she trusts you puzzle does enjoy interaction but quickly looses confidence if rushed and can become defensive. Owners will need to be patient and understanding as she will take time to settle and build a bond with new owners.
At this stage Puzzle will not make a lapcat companion and owners should be prepared for a cat that likes attention on her terms. Due to her timid nature Puzzle is ideally looking for an all adult household with no other pets.
