Dick Turpin

Unlike his adventurous and swash-buckling namesake, this Dick Turpin is actually an extremely timid and wary chap. He finds loud noises and sudden movements very frightening and will run and hide. However, he is a very affectionate boy who loves being stroked and fussed over, and simply needs a little extra time and TLC to help him settle in. Somebody who has had experience with shy cats, and who is at home for part of the day to help Mr Turpin overcome his timidity would be the ideal home. Dick cannot live with children and will need access to a garden when he is ready. In the right home, Dick will blossom and his owner will be rewarded with a cuddly and loving companion.
