Casper is at that wriggly stage where all he wants to do is RUN and PLAY. He is an inquisitive, lively young cat who is always on the go; sometimes people think he is not friendly, but it is just that he is so full of pent-up energy that when he is let out of his pen the last thing he wants to do is stand still to be stroked. He would do well in a lively household where he has lots of space and a good garden to claim as his own.
