Buffy was brought in to Battersea by her owners as they had a new baby and Buffy could not cope with the new arrival. Buffy is an anxious and timid cat, once she knows she is friendly and enjoys sitting on your lap and having a fuss, this is usually on her terms only.
Ideally we are looking for experienced cat owners who will be patient and understanding as it may take Buffy time to settle, build a bond and trust her new owners. Like many Tortoiseshell cats Buffy does have a fiery side to her and she will let you know if she does not want to be fussed.
Buffy needs a quiet home without other cats, dogs or children. Buffy hasn't spent much time going outside in her previous home so she is not used to busy roads or traffic, she will need to live in a quiet location.
