Tipsy is a fun, active and energetic little man. He is confident and playful when he feels comfortable and is in the right environement, but can be nervous of new people and situations. He is a very clever, intelligent and quick boy, so his owners will have to keep up with him. He will try to get his own way if he can, so he needs owners who are on the ball!
