Jack is a greyhound crossed with a labrador, namely a large and playful lurcher. He is a very intelligent and trainable dog in the home, but as soon as he is outside, he loses all interest in people and he just wants to chase and play with everything. Hence the need to establish good control and a solid recall before letting him off lead. luckily he is into food so owners should use this wisely. He does have his lazy moments indoors and is very content to laze about, safe in the knowledge that you are just in the next room. However he doesn't like to be left on his own and will become vocal and destructive so owners need to be prepared to work through this.

He could possibly live with a strong female who will guide him in the right direction. No cats and children must be over 10 and used to big dogs. He needs to live in a semi-rural environment due to his strong chase instincts.

Gorgeous dog who will make a fun and loyal companion.
