One of London's best-kept secrets is that Battersea Dogs Home cares for cats, too. We always have friendly felines just waiting for that perfect new home.

Cats tend to stay at the Home for a shorter time than dogs, probably because a cat is an easier pet to have in London. Despite this, some cats spend longer here than they should. It could be because they're not quite as young or good-looking as their neighbours who get chosen quicker. Whatever the reason, a dogs' home is no place for a cat and they all deserve a new home to purr about.

Cats and kittens cost �40 and this includes:
