I have been with my new family for a few months now and I am really settling in well.
For the first couple of weeks I was a bit weary of weird noises like the washing machine going, noises on TV, the phone ringing etc. - it was all very new to me.
I can be a bit fussy with my food. The other day when my two-legged friends gave me breakfast I simply wouldn't eat it, I couldn't say that it was because I had stolen and eaten this lovely Twix chocolate bar just a few minutes before but I think Martin found out!
In the morning when the alarm clock goes off I am straight up and eager to get on with the day. My mum and dad don't get up quickly enough so I have found this brilliant way to get them out of bed - I simply put my wet nose under their duvet.
On my walk we pass this pond and I just love saying hello to all the ducks. However, there is this goose which really doesn't like me and hisses at me every time I walk passed - I better stay away from that grumpy goose!
I love snapping at flies and if I am allowed to say it myself I am an excellent flycatcher, I could spend all day doing that.
When I am a bit tired after a busy day I go to my room to have a rest. I've overheard my mum saying that it was the spare room for guests but not anymore... I have taken over the bed and it looks much much better now, again I don't think mum agrees, she says it is absolutely covered in hair and beyond cleaning - I have no idea what she means.
That was really all I wanted to say except thank you mum and dad for giving me this lovely home.
