La Traviata
Join us for the performance of La Traviata in association with the European Chamber Opera on Thursday 28th June at the Royal Geographical Society in South Kensington.
Written in 1853 by Giuseppe Verdi, La Traviata is set amid the glittering social whirl of mid-18th century Paris life and tells the story of the ill-fated love between Violetta, a Parisian courtesan, and handsome Alfredo. This popular opera features some of Verdi's most beautiful and passionate music.
The gardens of the Royal Geographical Society open at 6pm for picnicking with the performance starting at 7pm. To pre-order picnic and rugs from Lodge Catering call 0208 960 5794. Dog Sledding in the Arctic!
This trip is suited to those who would like a taste of dog sledding and an Arctic experience which provides a challenge like no other. You'll be surrounded by a frozen landscape 300 miles north of the Arctic Circle with only the sound of the panting of the Alaskan huskies and crunching of the snow under the sled's runners for company.
As a member of a 10-strong team you will be given expert training in dog sledding. You will be instructed on how to handle your team of dogs and how to negotiate a sled through some of the most exceptional terrain in the world.

Parachute for a Pooch
Help raise funds for the dogs and cats by doing an exhilarating skydive or parachute jump! 
We ask you to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship money in order for you to jump for free (from ?360 depending on the type of jump you choose) and in turn we will receive an average donation of ?140. Run the London Marathon in April 2008!
We are now filling our Golden Bond charity places for the London Marathon 2008. We have a fantastic package that we offer to make your marathon experience one to remember. The package includes:

The British 10k Race in July 2007!
Why not start this new year as you mean to go on and join our charity team for The British 10k Race, 1st July 2007. The race begins on Piccadilly and ends on Whitehall in Central London. The route is fantasitic and you'll be doing something for our residents too! We offer a fabulous benefits package to everyone who runs for us including:
