Core opening times for all centres

To rehome a dog or cat:
Monday to Friday, 1pm to 4pm
Weekends and some Bank Holidays, 10.30am to 4pm

Interviews to rehome a dog or cat are on a first come, first served basis but can also be booked on an appointment basis for an interview from 09:00-12:00 Monday to Friday (subject to availability). To book a rehoming appointment at Battersea please call 020 7627 9234.

To claim a lost dog or cat:
Daily, 10.30am to 4pm

Daily, 10.30am to 4pm

Our admission charges are �1 for adults (16 and over) and 50p for pensioners and children over 5 years.

Please note: children and young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We accept stray dogs at any time. However, if you are bringing your own dog to us, please note that during very busy periods, when our kennels are full, we might not be able to take your dog immediately and we may need to put you on a waiting list. Please call 020 7622 3626 prior to any visit to ensure that space will be available for your dog. Our opening hours for intake are from 10.30am until 4.00pm daily. In emergencies, we may be able to accept owners' dogs outside these hours but experienced veterinary or behaviour staff will not be available.

Unfortunately we are not always able to accept cats so please telephone us before bringing a cat or kitten to us, on 020 7622 3626.

The rehoming process is individual to each and every applicant so please allow plenty of time. Weekends and school holidays tend to be our busiest times.
