Battersea at Old Windsor (formerly Battersea at Bell Mead) is the country annex of Battersea Dogs' Home and is another place to go to give a homeless dog a home. Battersea at Old Windsor stands in the most beautiful surroundings overlooking the River Thames between Windsor and Egham in Berkshire. The drive runs out to the main London road along which there is a frequent bus service.

These kennels are often used for the larger dogs that arrive at Battersea, or those that would definitely benefit from a country home. There are on average 80 Battersea dogs ready for rehoming at any one time and the procedure is the same as it is at Battersea. Battersea at Old Windsor also has cats looking for new homes.
